Booking, Reservation, Cancelation
Our partners for online reservations are Booking.com and Airbnb.com. Each particular apartment site shows its direct reservation button to both Booking.com and Airbnb.com.
Cancelations can be done online again at Booking.com and Airbnb.com depending on the cancelation policy chosen.
Reservation Confirmation
When your online reservation is created correctly, the reservation is confirmed by email from Booking.com/Airbnb and also it is confirmed by email from our server ANDALUZBAHIA automatically.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: Check-in begins at 15:00
- Check-out Time: Check-out is up to 11:00
House rules
- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO HOLD PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT
- Housekeeping: Apartments are cleaned and disinfected before check-in. Daily housekeeping is not provided.
- Quiet hours: Keep quiet hours between 23:00 – 08:00
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
- Behavior: We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.
- Neighbors: Be considerate of neighbors by your behavior in common areas
Amenities and Facilities
- Utilities: Utilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.
- Appliances: Guests are free to use all appliances provided. Please follow operating instructions to prevent damage.
- Shared Spaces: Please be considerate of other guests when using shared facilities.
